BeAmore App Community Rules


The beAmore community has a list of rules that will make your communication comfortable, safe and fruitful.

If you broke the rules or someone complained about you, then we will give you a warning and give you time to correct yourself. If the violation repeats, then we will have to block your account without explanation, and exclude the profile from the search.

If you notice that one of the members of the beAmore community violates the rules, please notify us through the functionality of the Service in the support chat inside the application or by e-mail info@beamore.com.

Be respectful
We ask you to treat other users with respect so that your communication and stay in the application is comfortable.

No aggression
Do not engage in or encourage other users to engage in abusive or offensive behavior towards any other user. If you notice this behavior, then report each such case to us.

Forbidden violence
In beAmore, the same things are prohibited as in real life. We are against violence and physical threats. If you are faced with the fact that one of the users threatens you, please contact us.

No discrimination
beAmore does not discriminate on any grounds. We are completely tolerant of all races, creeds, orientations, ages 18+, genders, appearance and self-determination of our users. We believe that every person is an individual. We expect the same position from our users. We comply with the laws of Russia and other countries, therefore we do not promote anything and strongly recommend that you do the same.

Don't use fake profiles
beAmore does not allow the use of other people's photos in personal profiles. Also, you can not use watermarked photos that violate copyright. The photo should not contain naked parts of the body. Your profile must not incite violence or be offensive. You can not post photos where there are minors besides you.

Do not use foul speach
We understand that in order to convey the fullness of emotions, sometimes you want to resort to the use of obscene expressions. We kindly ask you not to use them in profile descriptions, ads and chats.

Spam
Do not use beAmore to send bulk spam, advertise third-party resources or your services - we will block your access to your account.

Keep the law
In beAmore it is forbidden to upload, store, publish, distribute information that can be regarded as pornography, insults, swearing, propaganda and advertising of drugs and sex services, contains threats, scenes of violence against people and animals, extremist materials; promotes criminal activity or contains advice, instructions or guidelines for committing criminal acts. Such profiles will be blocked without warning, and personal data will be blacklisted.

Do not disclose confidential information
Do not share confidential information about yourself with other users: identification document numbers, personal data, financial information, data that can help attackers steal personal information, such as your mother's maiden name.

Age restrictions
The use of the beAmore service is restricted to persons over 18 years of age.

Anti-fraud
We block anyone who tries to access other users' personal information for fraudulent or illegal purposes. If you provide your financial details in order to receive funds from other users, we will also block your account.

Trade
The application does not allow trading of its services or goods. We block anyone who tries to sell their goods or services through the beAmore services. To promote their services or products, there are specialized services and advertising platforms.

Multiple Accounts
We do not allow our users to create multiple accounts for the same personal data.

Events and parties
You can publish your announcements about events, events or parties, if they correspond to the general theme of the service and are linked by the purpose of meeting people for friendship or relationships.

Profile Freeze
If you do not use your profile in the Service for a year, then we will freeze it. After two years of inactivity, the profile will be deleted.

Voice communication
When communicating in voice chats, as well as in quick voice dating, be polite and tolerant of people, observe the generally accepted norms of morality and behavior in society, the laws of the country in which you are located, do not interrupt each other, do not be rude. If you notice that voice chat is used for illegal and unlawful actions, for inciting any kind of conflict, violence, etc., please immediately inform us about this through the Service.
