You must also read the entirety of our Terms of Use as well as other terms and conditions referred to by our Terms of Use because they apply every single time you access BEAMORE and use any of its functions.


1. A “cookie file” is a small file kept on your device or within your web browser which secures the use of the Service and its functions. A cookie file retains information about your preferences, allows you to browse BEAMORE more comfortably for a certain period of time. For example, by using cookie files the Service offers you to browse information in the language you usually communicate in. The Company also may match the information retained in cookie files against your personal data in our possession. Based on the data received via cookie files and similar technologies the Company is able to develop the most useful functions of the Service, conduct statistic and marketing research, fix bugs (errors, glitches) within the Service and test new features to increase the Service productivity, customize them and display the information which is the most relevant for you. The Company also uses cookie files and similar technologies to make your interaction with the other users within the Service quicker and more secure. For instance, the Company uses them to enable and support security features, to secure the safety of your account as well as for detecting undesirable activities and violations of our Terms of Use. The Service uses cookie files and similar technologies, for example, local storage (hereinafter jointly referred to as cookie files) for the purposes of collecting and using data within the Service-based services as defined by beAmore Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “services”) which applies to our mobile application, website and the Company’s messages and services provided via external websites (e.g. Company advertisement). The local storage allows the Service to store data locally on the user’s device (devices). The local storage may be used to increase the convenience of your use of the Service, for instance, by enabling functions, retaining user’s settings, etc. The Company may also use web beacons which are small graphic files containing a unique identifier through which the Company learn about visits to the Service or about reading a letter.


3. The Service uses persistent and session cookies. A persistent cookie continues to be stored after your current session is finished and is used for various purposes, e.g. it allows to recognize the user (e.g. payment currency) thereby simplifying resumption of your use and interaction with the Service without the need to log in again. Since the persistent cookie file remains in the browser in in the application, the Service system reads the persistent cookie file upon your return to the Service. The period of time during which persistent cookie files are stored depends on their type, and they will be automatically erased after they have fulfilled their purpose. The session cookies are stored only for the duration of one session (as a general rule, for the duration of the current visit to the Service or the Service work session).

7. Rejecting analytical and marketing cookie files does not constitute a rejection of advertisement displayed within the Service. Should you reject analytical and marketing cookies, you will not receive customized advertisement from the Company, our affiliates and independent partners.


8. Previously saved cookie files could also be deleted at any given time in the browser system settings and, if you use the application, in your mobile device settings.


9. Please be noted that technical cookie files are downloaded automatically when downloading or accessing the Service, unless the web browser or the platform from which you download BEAMORE to your mobile device provide otherwise.

If the Service functions depend on the use of external services cookie files (e.g. pertaining to geo position), by using the Service you consent to storage and placement of such cookies on your device and to the access, use and transfer the collected data to such external services. Any information which the aforementioned third parties receive through the use of cookie files is fully anonymized and does not identify you personally.


11. Our affiliates and independent partners may also collect data concerning the users through the use of cookie files or other tracking technologies within the Service. Using cookie files and other technologies allows the Company, our affiliates and independent partners to analyze the activities related to the use of the Service by counting the number of visits or displaying advertisement adapted to the Service. Through the use of cookie files or other tracking technologies the abovementioned parties may confirm that the advertisement or posts has been displayed, measure its effectiveness as well as providing the Company with information regarding the users interaction with it. Among such independent partners are: Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Visa Inc, Yahoo, Yandex, etc.
